LuckFrog is a novelty entertainment application. The frog's answers are generated using a date-seeded random algorithm and carry no predictive value whatsoever. Do not make significant life, financial, medical, or legal decisions based on what the frog says. The frog is not a professional. He is a frog.

By accessing and using LuckFrog.com you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Permitted Use
LuckFrog is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share individual fortunes generated by the app on social media or with friends, with credit to LuckFrog.com. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the site
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
- Misrepresent the frog's answers as genuine predictions, advice, or guidance
- Reproduce or redistribute the site's codebase or design for commercial purposes without permission

LuckFrog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. The frog may be grumpy. The pond may be dry. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the site.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, copy, and code on LuckFrog.com is owned by LuckFrog and protected by applicable intellectual property law. The LuckFrog name, frog character, and visual identity are proprietary. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruption to availability. Your locally stored data (history, streak) will remain in your browser regardless of service availability.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. The frog is not a licensed fortune teller in any jurisdiction and holds no professional certifications of any kind.
