The Short Version
LuckFrog collects no personal data. Everything is stored locally on your own device. Nothing is ever sent to a server. There are no cookies, no trackers, no analytics, and no advertising of any kind.
What We Collect
Nothing. LuckFrog has no backend, no database, and no server-side processing. The entire application runs inside your browser. We have no access to anything you type or do on this site.
Local Storage
LuckFrog stores the following data in your browser's localStorage under the key lf_v1:
- Your question and answer history (up to 500 entries)
- Your total question count
- Your last visit date
- Your current daily streak
This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for luckfrog.com, or by running localStorage.removeItem('lf_v1') in your browser's developer console.
Third-Party Services
LuckFrog loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log this request as part of their standard infrastructure. No personal data is shared with Google from our side.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamp, user agent) as part of normal infrastructure operation. Please refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Social sharing buttons (X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Weibo, WeChat) are standard links. Clicking one opens the respective platform in a new tab. No data is sent to these platforms until you choose to click.
Cookies
LuckFrog sets no cookies of any kind. None.
Analytics
LuckFrog uses no analytics software, tracking pixels, session recording, or behavioural monitoring tools. We do not know how many people visit or what they ask.
Children
LuckFrog does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected at all, the site is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date. We will not retroactively change anything in a way that affects data already stored on your device.
